Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and the people it gives access to) and Future Stack ("we"), the provider of Future Stack POS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Future Stack POS is online point-of-sale and business software: billing, stock, customers and suppliers, purchases, expenses, reports and the industry modules shown in your account. We may improve, change or retire features; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without telling you first.
2. Your account
- You must give correct details and be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business.
- The owner is responsible for everyone they add as staff, for their permissions, and for keeping passwords secret.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Free trial, packages and payment
- New accounts get a free trial of 14 days with every module open.
- After the trial you choose a package (Starter PKR 2,999 a month, Business PKR 4,999 a month, Professional PKR 8,999 a month; yearly prices are shown in the app). Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- You pay in advance by the methods shown in the app (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer). Your package starts when we record your payment and you receive a receipt.
- If a paid period or trial ends, you get a short grace period, after which the account becomes read-only: you can still see and export your data but cannot add new sales until you renew. We do not delete your data because a payment is late.
- Payments are not refundable for a period already started, except where the law requires it or where we could not provide the Service for reasons within our control.
4. Your data
- The data you enter (products, sales, customers, staff and so on) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right to enter it, including your customers' details.
- You can export your data while your account exists. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Taxes, invoices and records required by law (for example FBR or provincial revenue authority rules) remain your responsibility. The Service helps you keep records; it does not give tax or legal advice.
- Check prices, stock and reports you rely on; mistakes in data entered by your staff are not errors of the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, sell prohibited goods, store unlawful content, try to access other businesses' data, overload or attack the Service, or resell it without our written permission.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and back up data every night to a separate, encrypted location. The Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control (such as internet or power outages). We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
8. Liability
The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the Service at any time; ask us if you want your account closed and your data deleted.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other customers at risk. Where possible we will warn you first and let you export your data.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell owners about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
